Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bounce Party Apopka! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of equipment and services provided by Bounce Party Apopka, a DBA of Yardi Cards LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking or renting from us, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Agreement

All reservations are considered a binding contract between the Customer and Bounce Party Apopka. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your booking and/or payment. Your signature or digital acceptance constitutes agreement to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
  • Final balance is due [insert timeline, e.g., 48 hours] before delivery unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods include: [insert payment methods].

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than [e.g., 7 days] prior to the event may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than [e.g., 48 hours] before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Weather-related cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling or credit, subject to availability.

4. Delivery & Setup

  • Customer must ensure setup area is clean, flat, and free of obstructions (rocks, debris, pet waste, etc.).
  • Bounce Party Apopka reserves the right to deny setup if the area is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
  • Delivery times are scheduled within a time window. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.

5. Safety Guidelines

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use of inflatables or rented equipment.
  • No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, or silly string allowed on or near units.
  • Units must not be used in high winds (15+ mph), rain, or extreme weather.

6. Damage & Liability

Customer assumes full responsibility for damage or excessive cleaning required due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Yardi Cards LLC DBA Bounce Party Apopka is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage during equipment use.

7. Equipment Use

Rented items must remain in the original setup location. Unauthorized relocation, subleasing, or modification is prohibited.

8. Inclement Weather Policy

In case of poor weather, you may cancel by [insert cutoff time] the morning of the rental for a raincheck. Once setup has begun, no refund or reschedule will be granted.

9. Photography & Marketing

By booking with us, you grant Bounce Party Apopka permission to use event photos or videos for marketing. To opt out, notify us in writing prior to the event.

10. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Yardi Cards LLC DBA Bounce Party Apopka from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from use of our equipment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Orange County, FL.
