• Seats up to 80 guests with (8) 8' banquet tables (tighter setup)
• Seats up to 99 guests theater-style (audience rows only)
• Seats up to 72 guests wedding ceremony-style (center aisle)
• Accommodates up to 14–16 cocktail tables, serving approximately 60–90 guests for standing receptions
• Note: Based on availability, your 20x40 setup may be fulfilled using either one 20x40 tent or two 20x20 High Peak tents joined together with tent joiners and rain gutters for seamless full coverage.

Setup and Surface Requirements:

Our 20x40 High Peak Frame Tents can be installed on grass, asphalt, concrete, or any other flat surface. Professional setup and teardown are included in the rental price. Delivery is quoted separately based on your address, distance, access conditions, and any special time window requirements.

Anchoring: Whenever possible, we secure tents using 40" steel stakes to ensure maximum stability—especially important for Florida's unpredictable weather.

Staking Requirements: If staking is planned, you must call 811 before your event date to have all underground utilities marked. We cannot install using stakes without utility clearance.

Anchoring Without Stakes: If staking is not possible due to surface restrictions (such as concrete or underground utilities), heavy water barrels will be required at an additional cost.
